How do I sync my lists across devices?
Make sure iCloud is enabled on all your devices. Your lists will automatically sync across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
How do I share content from other apps to WhatList?
Use the iOS Share Sheet from any app (Safari, Notes, etc.). Tap the Share button, then select WhatList from the list of apps. If you don't see WhatList, scroll to the end and tap "More" to enable it.
How do I filter by multiple tags?
Tap on multiple tags in the filter bar. Items matching all selected tags will be shown.
Can I edit multiple items at once?
Yes. Tap the menu button and select "Select Items" to enter bulk edit mode. You can then archive, delete, or add tags to multiple items at once.
How do I reorder items in a list?
Tap the menu button and select "Reorder Items", then drag items to your preferred order. You can also swipe an item and use "Move to Top" or "Move to Bottom" for quick reordering.
Can I recover archived items?
Yes. Tap the archive icon to view archived items, then swipe to unarchive any item.
How do link previews work?
When you add a URL to an item, WhatList automatically fetches a preview with the page title and image. Previews are cached so they load quickly on repeat views.
